ROLE: CREATIVE DIRECTOR / PRODUCER
We wanted to create a tool that would help BIPOC talent find a clear path to breaking into advertising and, ultimately, know what to expect. So, we developed a website with salary guides for every department in the industry, along with insights into what to expect day-to-day. The site is an ongoing project, and we encourage everyone to continually tune in and share it. Our goal is to get more POC into the industry and provide them with the resources they need to succeed.
